Karachi, Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Mills Limited has called for a meeting of the Board of Directors on August 11, 2023, in Karachi to deliberate and approve the deployment of a Solar Energy System and other related matters as per the agenda.

In accordance with Clause XXIII of the Code of Corporate Governance, the company has declared a closed period from August 04, 2023, to August 11, 2023. During this period, no Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Executive of the company will be allowed to directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the company in any manner. The closed period aims to ensure fairness and prevent any potential insider trading before the critical decision on the Solar Energy System deployment is made.
