Karachi, February 04, 2014 (PPI-OT): In compliance with the orders of Sindh High Court, following the directive of Administrator Karachi Rauf Akhtar Farooqui, illegal establishment of an office and warehouse in front of plot no. 61-F/1 during operation against encroachments in PECHS block-6 was removed under the supervision of Anti-Encroachment Director Mazhar Khan.
Administration, police and staff of Sindh Building Control Authority (Jamshed Town) took part in the operation against encroachments.
This may be noted that Chief Justice of Sindh High Court announcing the decision of the trial on the petition proceeded by owner of the plot issued orders to Director Anti-Encroachment Mazhar Khan that 20ft street and 40ft road along with the plot should be restored and a report in this regard should be presented in court in a week therefore in compliance with the court orders action was taken and illegal establishment of office and warehouse was removed near the plot.
