Karachi Officials Launch Office Management Course for Municipal Employees

Karachi: Deputy Mayor Salman Abdullah Murad has announced the launch of an office management course designed for Karachi Metropolitan Municipality employees. The initiative aims to enhance performance through training in office management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The program is part of an effort to improve local government services for citizens.

According to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, the course was inaugurated at a ceremony where Deputy Mayor Murad addressed the third batch of the Office Management Course 2024, organized by the City Institute of Image Management. The course is mandatory for professional development and includes 35 to 40 new employees from grades 11 to 16. It is structured around four modules, with instruction from senior experts and advocates. The initiative follows a resolution under Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab’s chairmanship, emphasizing training for municipal officers and employees.
