KIBOR Rates Remain Steady Across Most Tenors

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rates (KIBOR) data, showing consistent rates across most tenors. The bid and offer rates for one-week and two-week tenors are at 10.89 and 11.39, respectively.

The one-month tenor also remains steady with bid and offer rates identical to the shorter tenors. The three-month and six-month tenors reflect slightly higher rates, with bid rates at 10.92 and offer rates at 11.17.

For the nine-month tenor, the rates show a slight decrease, with the bid at 10.88 and the offer at 11.38. The one-year tenor has a bid rate of 10.90 and an offer rate of 11.40, indicating slight consistency over longer terms.

These rates, sourced from the State Bank of Pakistan, provide a snapshot of the lending environment within the interbank market, reflecting stability with minor fluctuations across different periods.
