KIBOR Rates Show Stability Across Short-Term Tenors

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan has released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rate (KIBOR) data, indicating consistent stability in the short-term tenors. The figures, effective as of October 7, 2025, show that the bid and offer rates for the 1-week and 2-week tenors remain unchanged at 10.91% and 11.41%, respectively.

The 1-month tenor also maintains a steady bid rate of 10.90% and an offer rate of 11.40%. Notably, the 3-month tenor shows a slight variation with a bid rate of 10.91% and a slightly lower offer rate of 11.16%.

In the medium-term tenors, the 6-month rate sees a marginal increase in the bid at 10.92%, with the offer rate at 11.17%. The 9-month tenor demonstrates a bid rate of 10.88% and an offer rate of 11.38%.

For the long-term tenor, the 1-year bid and offer rates stand firm at 10.90% and 11.40%, respectively.

These rates, sourced from the State Bank of Pakistan, provide a key indicator of the current lending environment and offer insights into market expectations for interest rate movements.
