The company, with a paid-up capital of Rs. 1,694.59 million, announced distributions of 157.5% in 2022, 95% in 2023, and an additional 55% in the first interval of 2023. KOHE’s shares have a par value of Rs. 10, with a market lot of the same. The company, ending its financial year in June, had its last book closure on November 24 and recorded a high rate of Rs. 48.1 in 2023.
