Kohinoor Spinning Mills to Hold Board Meeting, Declares Closed Period Ahead of August 11 Session

Karachi, Kohinoor Spinning Mills Limited has announced that a crucial meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for August 11, 2023, in Lahore. The meeting will address various agenda items, excluding financial results. In compliance with cause 5, 6, 4 of PSX Regulations, the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from August 04, 2023, to August 11, 2023 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Executive will be permitted to engage in any dealings involving shares of the company, directly or indirectly. The closed period is implemented to ensure fairness and transparency in the trading of the company’s shares ahead of the significant board meeting.
