Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited’s Board Meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM at 42-Lawrence Road, Lahore, the Registered Office of the Company, to consider the un-audited accounts for the 1st Quarter ended September 30, 2011.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from October 19, 2011 to October 26, 2011 (both days inclusive) as required under the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly /indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
