Korean Embassy Hosts 2026 K-WAVE Festa in Islamabad

Islamabad: The Embassy of the Republic of Korea hosted the 2026 K-WAVE Festa in Islamabad, celebrating Korean culture and creativity. The event attracted students, influencers, and the public, featuring cultural booths by different companies and organizations.

According to Radio Pakistan, a Korean Language and Culture Program by the King Sejong Institute offered language sessions, traditional crafts, and Hanbok experiences. K-pop activities, traditional games, food stalls, and a K-Beauty Master Class engaged participants.

The event concluded with the K-POP Festival preliminary round, showcasing vocal and dance talent. The festival provided an opportunity to further promote cultural exchange and strengthen people-to-people connections between Pakistan and Korea.
