The gathering will focus on the comprehensive review of the company’s Annual Accounts for the period concluding on June 30, 2023. In adherence to regulatory standards, KAPCO has initiated a Closed Period, effective from August 28, 2023, to September 6, 2023. This measure is taken in accordance with 5.6.l(d) of the PSX Regulations. During this Closed Period, individuals including Directors, CEO, and Executives, are prohibited from any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.
