KP PDMA Issues Rains & Snowfall Alert for Most Parts of Province

Peshawar: Provincial Disaster Management Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued an alert about rains and snowfall in most parts of the province from Tuesday till Thursday. According to PDMA, all Deputy Commissioners have been directed to take precautionary measures to avoid any human and material losses during the forecast period.

According to Radio Pakistan, Tourists have also been directed to refrain from visiting hilly areas of the province during the forecast period. The control room of PDMA is operational round the clock and people can contact 1700 in case of any emergency.
