Leasing property to foreigners, dealers asked to inform police: Deputy Commissioner Malakand

Peshawar, September 16, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Deputy Commissioner Malakand has under section 144 CrPC imposed ban / bound the owners of property dealing centers to inform the concerned police station about leases of properties, etc to the foreign national having legal stay in district Malakand. This order shall remain in force for a period of one month from the date of its issue.
