Loads Limited Remains Without Distribution in Current Year

Karachi: Loads Limited (LOADS) saw its shares traded at PKR 7.54, close to the daily weighted average rate of PKR 7.57. The company holds a paid-up capital of PKR 2,512.50 million but has not announced any distribution for 2023. This follows a distribution of 66.11% Rights (R) in the year 2021. LOADS concludes its financial year in June.

Since its listing in 2016, the company has seen its stock fluctuate between PKR 5.6 and PKR 138.15 million in turnover. The par value of the stock is RS. 10, and it is available in market lots of 500. The last book closure date was October 19, 2023.
