In accordance with Regulation 6(e) of Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019, the company has successfully acquired its own shares in a recent trading session.

On August 25, 2023, Lucky Cement Limited purchased a total of 155,969 of its own shares. The acquisition was executed at an average price of PKR 599.77 per share, marking a significant step towards the company’s strategic goals and financial initiatives.
