Malala Yousufzai along with her father Ziauddin Yousafzai and two brothers calls on Pakistani High Commissioner in United Kingdom

Islamabad, April 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): Malala Yousafzai along with her father Ziauddin Yousafzai and two brothers called on the High Commissioner in his office today. It was a courtesy call after her recovery from the head injury she suffered last October in Swat area of Pakistan. Malala said that she was happy on returning to school after being treated for her injuries in the UK.

She paid special thanks to the High Commissioner for looking after her during her treatment and afterwards. She was thankful to the people and government of Pakistan, the President of Pakistan who took special interest in her well being and all those who prayed for her and supported her cause for girls’ education in Pakistan.

Malala expressed her resolve to continue her efforts for girls’ education, says a press release received from London here today. Deputy High Commissioner Syed Zulfiqar Gardezi was also present during the call on.s
