Karachi, August 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): I am directed to inform you that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday the 27th Day of August 2012 at its Head Office, 2-Industrial Estate Multan.
The following will constitute agenda for the Meeting:
1. To confirm the Minutes of the Board of Director’s Meeting held on 27th April, 2012.
2. To Authorize Mian Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh, the Chairman / C.E.O of the Company, to make financial arrangements for Company’s expansion plans.
3. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
All the Directors are cordially invited to attend the Meeting.
As required by the Code of Corporate Governance’s Clause No. XXVI, the Closure Period commence from August 21, 2012 to August 27, 2012 (both dates inclusive). You may please inform the member of Exchange accordingly.
