Martyred youth laid to rest in IOK Kulgam

Srinagar, June 22, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, amid massive protests, thousands of people participated in the funeral prayers of three youth killed by Indian troops in Kulgam district. People from all areas of the districts of Kulgam and Islamabad reached Redwani and Yaripora where the martyred youth Javed Ahmad Kachroo, Idrees Nengroo and Asif Ahmad Tantray were laid to rest amid pro-freedom and anti- India slogans.

The leaders and activists of Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement, Muslim Khawateen Markaz also participated in the funeral prayers of the youth. Massive anti-India demonstrations were going on in Redwani and Qaimoh areas of the district while Indian police fired teargas shell and people responding with stone-pelting.
