Maula Bux Chandio visits Information Department

Karachi, June 06, 2016 (PPI-OT):Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information and Archives, Maula Bux Chandio today visited the Information Department. He went to various Sections of the Department. He took detailed briefing from Director Information Advertisement Ms. Yasmeen Memon regarding Advertisement and Publication Section. At the occasion Director Press Information Ms. Zeenat Jehan presented briefing about the Directorate of Press Information.

Maula Bux Chandio said that all officers and officials of Information Department should perform their duties with honestly. He further said that the Rules and Regulations will be followed for issuance of Advertisements to newspapers. He also said the advertisements will be released on merit basis and this purpose clean and crystal mechanism will be established.

On this occasion Maula Bux Chandio ordered to pay all advertisement dues to newspapers. Mr. Chandio said that the Information Department is playing vital role between masses and the Government of Sindh through it is very necessary that Information Department is being facilitated / strengthened with modern techniques.

He said that all the officers and officials should work with devotion and their problems will be resolved. Mr. Chandio said that whenever Pakistan People’s Party comes into power it always initiates mega projects in Sindh as well as all over Pakistan which is salient features of PPP manifesto. On the occasion he directed the officers to work with devotion and their true and right problems will be solved.
