MDM activist passes away in Pulwama

Srinagar, November 15, 2015 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, an activist of Muslim Deeni Mahaz and a veteran freedom fighter Farooq alias Bilal Kakapuri passed away at Kakapura in Pulwama, today. Farooq, who was ailing since long, expired in his native village Kakapura. A large number of people including Hurriyet leaders Syed Bashir Andrabi, Ghulam Muhammad Ganaie Muhammad Yousuf Mir, Feroz Ahmad Khan, Abdur Rashid Dar, Manzoor Ahmad, trade leaders and members of civil society participated in his funeral prayers.

Muslim Deeni Mahaz, Dukhtaran-e-Millat and Muslim League in their separate statements expressed condolence with the bereaved family and prayed eternal peace for the departed soul. Addressing on the occasion, Hurriyet leaders said contributions of Bilal Kakapuri in the liberation struggle of Kashmir would never be forgotten and his mission would be carried forward against all odds.
