Media Literacy Should Be Integrated Into Curriculum: Ahsan

Islamabad: Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized that information and media literacy should be integrated into the curriculum to promote responsible social media use among youth. Addressing the National Curriculum Summit in Islamabad today, he stated that the enemies of Pakistan are using social media to spread anarchy and disruption in the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister stressed that the younger generation must be educated to make responsible and informed choices. He also noted the growing influence of artificial intelligence across all sectors, highlighting the urgent need for children to engage in hands-on and experimental learning.
