Karachi, January 02, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that Mr. Mohammad Shahid, Chief Executive/ Director has ceased to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. 31 December 2012 and Mr. Sheikh Muhammad Barinuddin has been appointed as Director.

Mr. Mohammad Shahid will continue as the Chief Executive of the Company.
