Islamabad: I congratulate Christians inside and outside Pakistan for the Christmas. I wish success to Christians and all minorities of Pakistan. Christmas is a festival of peace and love and tolerance.
Jesus Christ is a true messenger of God to show right path to the humanity.
He is messenger of peace, love tolerance and forbidden also Christian community should follow his teachings for prosperous Pakistan we have to develop interfaith harmony. All minorities of Pakistan are equal citizens having equal rights and responsibilities.
Government of Pakistan has established the Ministry of National Harmony to build bridge between different faith to promote interfaith harmony, to tolerate each others, to respect each other and to live with peace and brotherhood.
I request all Christians all over the world to pray for peace, solidarity, prosperity and development of Pakistan.
I again extend heartiest greetings to Christians for the auspicious occasion of Christians and happy New Year to all Pakistanis.
