Met Office Predicts Rain and Thundershowers in Key Regions

Islamabad: Rain-wind with thundershower is likely in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Upper and Southern Punjab, and Islamabad during the next twelve hours. Hot and dry weather is expected in other parts of the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind with thundershowers in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula.

The temperature readings recorded this morning for major cities are as follows: Islamabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade, Lahore and Quetta at twenty-four, Karachi at twenty-eight, Peshawar at twenty-five, Gilgit at twenty-one, Murree at sixteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-one degrees centigrade.

In the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir region, temperatures recorded this morning were: Srinagar at seventeen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-four, Leh at seven, Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramula at sixteen, and Anantnag at fifteen degrees centigrade.
