Minister meets Pakistani Community in Saudi Arabia

Islamabad, April 23, 2013 (PPI-OT): Barrister Feroze Jamal Shah Kakakhel, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development met with Pakistani Community in Saudi Arabia after performing Umrah. He assured them of his full cooperation in solving their problems.

The Minister is on a personal visit to Saudi Arabia these days. Delegations of Pakistani Community in Mandinah City along with Pakistan Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and members of Board of Governors (BOG) of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) had detailed meetings with the Minister, having in depth exchange of views on various issues. The most serious issue of deportation of Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia was discussed at length and Saudi officials present on the occasion assured that no legal Pakistani emigrants was to be deported in any case.

Earlier the Minister attended the Budapest Process Ministers’ Conference, where Human Resource Quota for overseas Pakistanis in European markets was demanded as a large number of Pakistanis are contributing in the economies of different host countries.
