Karachi: Minister Petroleum revokes proposed decision of 69.06% increase in CNG Prices; difference of price b/w Petrol and CNG at the parity of 60:40

A meeting was held by All Pakistan CNG Association (APCNGA) Chairman, Junaid Esmail Makda and his delegation with the honourable Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Dr. Asim Hussain at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources, Islamabad, where a landmark decision was made by the Minister in consultation with APCNGA that the price difference between petrol and CNG will be maintained at the parity of 60:40 and the proposed decision of 69.06% increase in CNG prices has been revoked by the Minister Petroleum and Natural Resources. Further it was resolved that the Gas load-shedding in North Region will be held for 2-days and partial shutdown on the 3rd day, whereas in South Region load-shedding will be for 1-day and partial shutdown on the 2nd day.
