Srinagar, December 21, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, who is also the Chairman of Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, visited fire-hit Nawa Kadal area of Srinagar and expressed sympathies with the victims. On Saturday four residential houses were gutted in a devastating fire, rendering around 100 people homeless.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq visited the spot and saw the condition of the families, who lost their homes to the devastating fire on Saturday. The Mirwaiz promised that Dar-ul-Khair would provide relief to the fire victims and help them in their rehabilitation. He asked the Dar-ul-Khair office bearers and activists to take stock of the situation and present a report for providing relief to the victims.
