Modaraba Al-Mali Increases Stake in LSE Ventures Limited with Recent Share Purchases

Karachi, Modaraba Al-Mali, a substantial shareholder, has executed significant share purchases in LSE Ventures Limited. The transactions took place on July 10 and July 11, 2023, involving the acquisition of 55,500 and 154,500 shares, respectively. The shares were obtained in ready form through the Central Depository Company (CDC) at rates of PKR 4.86 and PKR 5.25 per share.
