Srinagar, March 17, 2023 (PPI-OT): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government has attached the property of a civilian in Handwara area of Kupwara district for his affiliation with the ongoing struggle for right to self-determination.
The Indian authorities along with paramilitary and police personnel attached the property of Mohammad Abdullah Mir in a case registered under black law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) at Yaroo in Handwara. The attachment order issued by the occupation authorities claimed the victim was providing support and shelter to Mujahideen. The case under the black law was registered at Handwara Police Station.
