Islamabad, May 29, 2023 (PPI-OT): The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter has strongly condemned the fascist Modi government for conspiring to kill Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik through the judiciary. A meeting was held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of APHC-AJK Convener Mahmood Ahmed Saghar in Islamabad, in which it was said that India’s biased courts are working under the influence of Hindutva elements and Kashmiris are being punished for demanding their birth right to self-determination.

The demand by India’s infamous National Investigation Agency (NIA) to give death sentence to Yasin Malik is a deep conspiracy for the judicial killing of another popular Kashmiri leader.
