Mohsin Directs to Develop Plan for Expansion of Simly Dam, Islamabad

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed the development of a comprehensive plan for the expansion of Simly Dam, Islamabad. He made these remarks during a visit to the dam, emphasizing the significance of the project.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Interior Minister stated that the expansion of the dam would ensure an abundant water supply for the region. Furthermore, he highlighted the immense opportunities for recreational activities in the areas adjacent to Simly Dam. Naqvi urged the development of a plan to promote such activities in the vicinity, aiming to enhance the area’s potential for leisure and tourism.
