Murree Brewery Company Limited’s board meeting on 30th October, 2012 and book closure

Karachi, October 11, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 1030 hours on Tuesday, 30th October, 2012 at registered office, National Park Road Rawalpindi to approve the un-audited Financial Statements for the 1st Quarter ended 30th September, 2012.

In accordance with clause No. xxvi of the Code of Corporate Governance issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the company will observe a close period with effect from 23rd October, 2012 to 30th October, 2012 (both days inclusive) for trading by Directors, Chief Executive Officer and Executives of the company.
