Naqash denounces police action against Malik in Doda

Srinagar, June 03, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Islamic Political Party, Mohammad Yousuf Naqash has condemned brutal police action against JKLF Chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik in Doda terming it as nervousness of Indian authorities.

Muhammad Yousuf Naqash in a statement in Srinagar said that Muhammad Yasin Malik had gone to Doda for distribution of relief among earthquake victims but his presence in the district had unnerved the occupation authorities.

Naqash also denounced the continued house arrest of veteran Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Shah Gilani and said that the authorities had resorted to such brutal tactics due to the growing popularity of pro-freedom leaders including Syed Ali Gilani, Muhammad Yasin Malik and Shabbir Ahmad Shah.
