Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, emphasized Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing its relationship with the European Union into a strong strategic partnership during discussions with an EU delegation led by Special Envoy Frans van Daele.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting focused on mutual interests, with Speaker Sadiq expressing hopes for the international community to address human rights issues in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and Gaza. EU Special Envoy Van Daele reiterated the European Union’s eagerness to boost multilateral cooperation with Pakistan, marking a continued interest in deepening diplomatic and strategic ties between the two entities.
