National Assembly Speaker Mourns Former Supreme Court Judge’s Death

Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, expressed profound grief over the demise of Justice (Retired) Faqir Muhammad Khokhar, a former judge of the Supreme Court. Sadiq stated that he felt deep sorrow upon hearing the news of the judge’s passing.

According to a statement by National Assembly of Pakistan, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq reflected on his longstanding association with Justice Khokhar, describing him as a person of impeccable character and compassion. He noted that Justice Khokhar treated everyone with respect and dignity, and his integrity and contributions to the judiciary will be remembered.

Sadiq extended condolences to Justice Khokhar’s family, praying for their strength to endure this loss. He also prayed for the elevation of the deceased’s ranks in Jannah, expressing solidarity with the bereaved family in this difficult time.
