National Asset Management Company Limited’s board meeting – Namco balanced fund and Namco income fund

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of National Asset Management Company Limited (NAMCO) will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday 25th April, 2012 at Registered Office of the company situated at FNE House, 179/B, Abu Bakar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore to consider the accounts for NAMCO Balanced Fund and NAMCO Income Fund for the nine months ended March 31, 2012.

In compliance with the Listing Regulation No.35 (xxvi) of the Karachi Stock Exchange, the company has determined the closed period from April 19, 2012 to April 25, 2012 (both days inclusive), during which no director, Chief Executive Officer of Executive of the Company shall deal in the certificates of NAMCO Balanced Fund and units of NAMCO Income Fund in any manner directly or indirectly.
