National Industrial Parks to establish private power generation plants in all industrial parks in the country

Lahore, March 28, 2013 (PPI-OT): National Industrial Parks (NIP) has decided to establish private power generation plants in all the industrial parks in the country. These power generation plants would be run on coal and other agriculture waste.

This was stated by NIP Chief Executive Officer Mohsin Syed while addressing a large number of businessmen at the re-launching of Rachna Industrial Park.

He said that one-window facilities are being made available to the businessmen at Rachna Industrial Park. He said that infrastructure in the Industrial Park would be of international standards that would not be in need of any kind of repair in next 30 years.

Mohsin Syed said that all the development work in the industrial park is in full swing that would enable the investors to put up their industrial units in next three to six months.

He said that the management is also taking necessary measures to control pollution in the Rachna Industrial Park he said that it is a golden opportunity for the industrial units that are working in Lahore, Faisalabad, and in adjoining towns.

He said that a well equipped skill development centre for imparting training to youth is also be established in the Rachna Industrial Park.
