Naval Chief Stresses Role of Higher Education in National Development at Bahria University Convocation

Islamabad: The convocation ceremony of Bahria University in Islamabad was held in the Federal Capital, where Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf attended as the Chief Guest and conferred degrees upon the graduating students.

According to Radio Pakistan, over 3,300 graduates received degrees in various disciplines during the convocation. Additionally, 108 gold medals and 105 silver medals were awarded to students for their noteworthy academic achievements.

Addressing the ceremony, the Chief of the Naval Staff congratulated the graduating students and their parents for reaching this academic milestone. He highlighted the crucial role that higher education institutions play in national development.

The Chief Guest also praised Bahria University’s significant growth and acknowledged the introduction of a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The ceremony was attended by the families of the graduating students.
