New York, USA: The National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (NASDAQ) invited His Royal Highness, Saudi Prince Abdulaziz Ahmad Al Saud and CEO and Chairman of NetSol Technologies Inc. (USA) Mr. Najeeb Ghauri to ring the NASDAQ closing bell in recognition and celebration of NetSol Technologies Inc’s 15th Anniversary as a public traded company and the successful continuation of its joint venture with Saudi Arabia’s Atheeb Group, where HRH Prince Abdulaziz Ahmad Al Saud serves as founder and chairman.

The event took place on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at the NASDAQ MarketSite on 43rd and Broadway, New York. CEO and Chairman of NetSol Technologies (Pakistan), Mr. Salim Ghauri and NetSol Technologies Inc Directors Shahid Javed Burki and Mark Caton were also especially invited to participate at this auspicious occasion. This is the fifth time that NetSol Technologies Inc. has been invited by NASDAQ to ring the closing bell; an achievement exclusive to this Pakistani origin company.
