This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank scheduled to be held on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Hotel Crown Plaza, Lahore, has been postponed due to non availability of Directors.

We shall advise you of the fresh date of the meeting as and when fixed.
