Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of NIB Bank Limited (NIB) is scheduled for Wednesday the 22nd February 2012 at 10:00 AM at Karachi to consider and approve the Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2011 along with other agenda items.

Accordingly, the closed Period for Directors, CEO and Executives of NIB Bank Limited has been fixed from 15th February 2012 to 22nd February 2012, which may please be noted.
