Karachi, January 10, 2013 (PPI-OT): Further to our letter no. 8304-NICL-KSE-01-2013, it is hereby informed you that the Board of Directors of the Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (NICL) (“the Company”) in their meeting held on Thursday, 10th January, 2013, has approved the appointment of Chairman and CEO as per the following;

1. Mr. Abdul Jalil Jamil has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

2. Mr. Zafar Mahmood has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
