Lahore, A board meeting for Nishat Chunian Power Limited has been scheduled for May 9, 2024, in Lahore. The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of a scheme of arrangement and compromise between Nishat Chunian Power Limited and its associate, Nishat Chunian Limited.

Additionally, the company has announced a “Closed Period” from May 2, 2024, to May 9, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, adhering to Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations.
