NOTICE OF LOSS OF ENGRO FERTILIZERS LIMITED SHARE CERTIFICATE

Lahore: Famco Share Registration Services (Pvt) Limited has reported the loss of a share certificate for Engro Fertilizers Limited. The certificate, carrying 500 shares, was reported missing on August 29, 2024, with the following details: Folio No. 00001144, registered under Miss. Aazram Naeem, holding certificate number 38152 with distinctive numbers ranging from 1279704501 to 1279705000. The registered address is 287 – A, EME Sector D.H.A., Multan Road, Lahore.

The loss was disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), urging members of the exchange to refrain from transacting these shares. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), if no objections are received within seven days from the notice’s publication in the newspapers, Famco will proceed to issue a fresh duplicate certificate to the shareholder.
