Notice of Lost Share Certificates Issued for IGI Holdings Limited

Karachi: Famco Share Registration Services Pvt. Limited has announced the loss of multiple share certificates belonging to IGI Holdings Limited, as per a notice dated 29/08/2024. These certificates, as detailed below, were reported missing and include a significant number of shares registered under different folio numbers.

The details of the lost certificates include shares registered under various names and addresses with distinctive and certificate numbers ranging from 1451811 to 133697777. For example, one of the certificates under folio number 4413 for Haji Sattar encompasses ten shares with distinctive numbers between 1451811 and 1451820. Similarly, larger batches of shares, like 48 shares under distinctive numbers 84537078 to 84537125, were also reported missing.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the missing certificates include shares that were specifically registered at 535, 536, 5th Floor, Stock Exchange Building, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. The respective certificate numbers and the number of shares affected are listed as part of the loss.

Famco Share Registration Services has advised the members of the exchange to refrain from dealing in these lost certificates. A notice period of 7 days has been established, within which objections can be raised before the issuance of duplicate certificates. If no objections are received within this timeframe, the company plans to issue fresh duplicates to the shareholder.
