Oil and Gas Development Company Reschedules Board Meeting Amid Closed Period

ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) announced the rescheduling of its upcoming Board of Directors meeting. Initially set for April 28, 2025, the meeting will now take place on April 29, 2025, at 1700 hours. The agenda includes reviewing the quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2025, and discussing any potential entitlements.

In line with regulatory compliance, OGDCL has also declared a Closed Period from April 21, 2025, to April 29, 2025. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive will be allowed to deal in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.

The company has requested the relevant authorities to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange about these developments.
