Karachi, Olympia Mills Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting to discuss and approve the third-quarter accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024. The meeting is set to take place in Karachi. In compliance with the Listing Regulation of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE), the company has also announced a Closed Period from April 19, 2024, to April 25, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares directly or indirectly. The members of the Exchange have been advised of these developments.
