Kargil, June 07, 2023 (PPI-OT): One person has died while another is missing in a tragic accident in Kargil district of Ladakh region. A vehicle carrying seven members of a family met with an accident near Kaksar area of the district. The family was returning from Chanigund area after bidding farewell to a Hajj pilgrim when the unfortunate incident occurred.
The dead body of a lady has been recovered from the scene, while one child still remains untraced. Five members of the same family injured in the mishap were transported to a hospital for treatment.
