Kabul: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, along with the Foreign Ministers of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, held a trilateral meeting in Kabul ahead of the signing of the Framework Agreement on the Joint Feasibility Study for the Uzbek-Afghan-Pak Railway project.
