Pak-China Strategic Ties to Strengthen Further, Chinese Consul General Says

Karachi: The Consul General of China in Karachi, Yang Yundong, emphasized that China-Pakistan strategic cooperation will continue to grow stronger under the leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Yang highlighted during a media briefing at the Chinese Consulate in Karachi that the recent visit of Chinese Premier Li Qiang to Pakistan, following Prime Minister Shehbaz’s visit to Beijing, serves as a testament to the robust and high-level cooperation between the two nations.

Yang further stated that the relationship with Pakistan has consistently been a focal point in China’s foreign policy. He assured that any efforts to disrupt or undermine the cooperation between the two countries would be countered effectively.
