Pak, France Agree on Eco-Friendly Initiatives for Power Sector

Islamabad: Pakistan and France have agreed to introduce sustainable and eco-friendly initiatives for strengthening Pakistan’s power sector. This understanding was reached at a meeting between Minister for Power Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari and French Ambassador Nicolas Galey in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari proposed utilizing France’s Green Fund to support the transition of small vehicles to electric technology in Pakistan. The Ambassador assured that France will consider providing every possible technical and financial assistance for Pakistan’s EV initiatives and other energy reforms.
